Lucarelli Development was founded to answer a need in the market place as identified by its founding members, the Lucarelli Companies. The missing component to the construction of a home was a concierge approach to the building process. The home purchase is one of the largest investments an individual makes in his/her lifetime, so why can’t the service that comes with that purchase be inclusive? We feel it can. By providing architecture, construction, and interior design under one roof, Lucarelli Development offers a process that is smooth, convenient, and personable.

The Lucarelli family hails from a long line of construction artisans. Giacomo and Angelo Lucarelli mastered their crafts in Italy and later brought them to New York and later to Naples, Florida. Since 1976, Lucarelli Plastering has done business with the area’s finest developers and participated in creating some of Naples finest residences. Cesare Lucarelli joined the construction field in 1983 carrying on the family traditions and craftsmanship. As the Naples market grew, Lucarelli Homes was formed in 1987 to answer market demands and opportunities.

Consequently, Lucarelli Development has been formed to combine the skills, innovative ideas and old world craftsmanship of all parties, but most importantly to provide a truly unique home and experience for the customer.
